We understand your son or daughter wants a convenient, fun place to live and that you as a parent want a place that's a good value. At Wolf Creek, we are confident we offer both.

Our community offers a host of features that you can review throughout this website. In addition, we offer access control and an on-site staff to ensure the needs of your child are met.

Individual leases are offered for the benefit of both parents and students. Each student is responsible for his/her own contract in the event that a roommate moves out. Please contact our leasing office for any further questions.

Wolf Creek completes a criminal background check on each applicant. Applicants with criminal records will not be approved. Wolf Creek apartments has a zero tolerance for crime and criminal activity.
